"twilight fades
through blistered avalon
the sky's cruel torch
on aching autobahn
into the uncertain divine
we scream into the last divide..."

-excerpt from "To Sheila" by the Smashing Pumpkins

There isn't too much to say about this piece. It's just one of the many things I found in some dusty boxes dating back to high school. Doctored it up a bit in photoshop.

"ladies and gentlemen! the credit for finding the photos that were at one time thought to be lost forever to the dusty confines of a cardboard box goes to none other than *Doubtful-Della!"

does that make you feel a little more appreciated now? :giggle:

If you have a problem with someone, try walking a mile in their shoes. Pretty soon, you'll be a mile away and you'll have their shoes.

Just a little bit. You did leave out that I scanned them for you as well

That's very nice. The light on his face, and the angle, make him look so wise! Nice!

That's an excellent kitty portrait. I don't know any cats who would sit still and get a result like that... Great work!

Thanks

Aside from the extraordinary image capture, this photo goes a long way toward proving analog's point that it will always be warmer and richer than digital. Striking pose, wonderful ambient light, warm colors, and it's a cat :+fav:
