ok, now that i'm awake (its 11am), i sat down and re-evaluated the original. i made a few changes that i think really enhance the feel of the electricity flying from her fingertips.... you can compare this with the original (which is still posted), and let me know what you think.

Gorgeous! Love that effect. I think you need to work on the background... Maybe a darker one might have helped emphasize the hands and their effects. Great work!
